5. Self love – the hardest, learning to accept and see ourselves and all the good there is and making value of those
6. Self transformation – changing the negatives about ourselves developing into a stronger individual
7. Self Mastery – is all of the below and continuing all the other steps continuing to improve oneself for the better.
